What is a crypto wallet in simple terms?

A wallet is an app that holds the key to your blockchain address. The coins live on the blockchain; the wallet proves you control them.

What happens if I lose my seed phrase?

If you lose the seed phrase and the device, the wallet cannot be recovered by anyone. That is why it lives on paper, somewhere safe.

Should I use a separate wallet for airdrops?

Yes. A dedicated farming wallet keeps your savings away from new apps. Keep only what you are farming with in it.
