Perpl: Purple Summer extended 3 weeks, the MON pool is fully unlocked
As of October 27, 2026, Perpl has extended its Purple Summer campaign by 3 weeks, from 16 to 19 weeks. Perpl's docs say every reward milestone was hit, so the full $1,000,000 MON pool is unlocked and 1 mPoint = $1. To use the $179,000 that had not been handed out, weekly trading rewards continue for 3 more weeks at the same 50,000 mPoints a week, and a separate 29,000-mPoint campaign runs in the final weeks. Counting 19 weeks from the July 8 start puts the last Wednesday snapshot around November 18, 2026; Perpl has not published an exact end date, so treat that as my arithmetic, not an official deadline. MON is distributed within one week after the program ends. Trade on Perpl.
What it is: a fully on-chain perpetual futures exchange built for Monad. Every order, trade and cancel lands on-chain in a central limit order book, with no off-chain matching engine. Monad's fast blocks and near-zero gas make that workable. Backed by $9.25M led by Dragonfly Capital (May 2025), with Brevan Howard, HashKey and Mirana among about 20 investors.
Why hunters are watching
- Three more paid weeks. What looked like a closed window on October 28 is open again: $150,000 of weekly trading rewards ($50,000 a week) plus a $29,000 final-weeks campaign.
- The payout is a live token. mPoints are priced in USD and paid in MON, Monad 's token, so price swings in MON do not change what your mPoints are worth.
- A second track keeps running. Perpl points (Season One, 50,000 a week) are the likely route to a future PERPL token. No PERPL token is confirmed.
The mechanics that matter
- Total supply: 1,000,000 mPoints. Under the updated docs, 950,000 go through weekly trading (50,000 x 19 weeks) and 50,000 are reserved for builder codes, tournaments and community bonuses.
- Rhythm: snapshots every Wednesday, mPoints distributed every Monday.
- Fees: charged only on opening (closing is 0 bps). Tier 1 is 0.9 bps maker and 6.9 bps taker.
- Referrals: 10% of first-degree and 5% of second-degree fees, plus 5% extra on the referee's trading points for both sides.
How to position
Trade genuine volume on Perpl before each Wednesday snapshot. Three weeks is enough time to earn a real slice of $150,000 if you start now.
Run it delta-neutral : a Perpl leg against the opposite side on another venue, so you farm volume, not direction.
