Phoenix's first rewards program, Flight Club, paid 420,000 USDC over 28 days (July 27 to August 23, 2026), 15,000 USDC a day, straight to traders' accounts. It worked: open interest crossed $10 million for the first time, and daily volume spiked. When I joined, I ranked 1,174 on the daily board with very little volume, and the top of the board was won by people holding open positions, not only churning trades. That tells you how Phoenix likes to reward people.
My take: Phoenix is one of the few funded Solana perp DEXes with no token and no points, and that is exactly why I keep it on my list. If I were starting today with a small budget, I would use the invite, trade one or two markets I actually follow and hold a sensible position rather than churning fees. Where I'd be careful: a retroactive reward is a prospect, not a promise, so I would never trade size just to farm it.
Why hunters are still watching
