Current Finance Airdrop Guide: Farm the Leverage Layer of Sui DeFi

Current is one of the cleanest early farms on Sui right now: a live points program, no token yet, invite-only access, and the backing of Sui's own accelerator. If you have been waiting for a Sui DeFi play with real product and a clear pre-token window, this is it. Season 1 points are wrapping up, so the window to position before the crowd is closing.

For invite access, use code vfehwd at . This is the airdropSEA walkthrough; the full live airdrops list has every other Sui and DeFi play we track.

What is Current Finance?

is a lending protocol that acts as the leverage layer for Sui DeFi. It has two products:

  • Multiply: one-click leveraged yield. Instead of letting assets sit idle, Multiply deposits, borrows against a yield-bearing asset, and compounds the position in a single atomic transaction. It currently supports nine assets with yields in the 5% to 30% range. A feature called eMode allows higher leverage on correlated assets by recognising their shared risk.
  • Margin: directional leverage trading through flash loans, so you can go long or short without the usual execution friction.

Both run as atomic transactions using Sui's Programmable Transaction Blocks, which is what makes the one-click experience possible. On the roadmap: Bitcoin collateral, USDsui stablecoin support, and native privacy features.

Is the Current airdrop confirmed?

No token exists yet, so an airdrop is unconfirmed and speculative, but the signals are strong. Current is the first project selected for Sui's DeFi Moonshots Program, which backs about ten teams a year with up to $500K in growth incentives plus engineering, audit credits, and go-to-market support. The team has said the program "compresses what would take 24 months organically into six." On top of that, there is a live points program with a Season 1 that is ending soon and a Season 2 to follow - the classic shape where a token generation event tends to land around the season transition. Treat it as a strong but unconfirmed prospect and position while Season 1 is still open.

How to farm the Current airdrop, step by step
Get in with the invite. Sign up at using invite code vfehwd, and bridge or fund with assets Current supports on Sui.
Use Multiply on an asset you actually want to hold. Pick one of the supported yield-bearing assets and open a leveraged yield position. This is the core points-generating action, and it earns real yield while you farm.
Mind the leverage and the spread. Leveraged yield only works while the yield beats the borrow cost. Use eMode on correlated assets where it fits, keep leverage modest, and watch that the position stays net positive.
Try Margin for a directional view. If you have a real thesis on a Sui asset, Margin lets you express it with leverage and adds another activity surface for points.
Be consistent, not explosive. Points programs reward sustained, genuine activity. Steady positions through the end of Season 1 beat a last-minute spike, and they keep you clear of sybil filters.
The companion play: Beepit

If you are farming Sui and the newer app layer, is worth having in the same rotation. We cover it on airdropSEA with our tested invite, so you can position on two early plays at once rather than concentrating everything in one. See the Beepit airdrop page for the details and start from our link.

How much does it cost to farm Current?

The real costs are Sui gas (cheap) and the borrow cost inside a Multiply position. Nothing is locked in a way you cannot exit, but leverage is genuine risk: if a yield-bearing asset depegs or its yield falls below the borrow rate, a leveraged position can turn negative or face liquidation. Start with an amount you are comfortable with, keep leverage conservative while you learn the mechanics, and treat the borrow cost plus gas as your true spend.

Is Current safe and legit?

The honest risks: it is early software, leverage and liquidation risk are real, and the token is unconfirmed so points may or may not convert. On the other side, Current is the flagship pick of Sui's own DeFi accelerator with real funding, audit support, and a working product with actual yield. Only use the official app.current.finance domain, never sign a blind approval, and never share a seed phrase. See how to avoid airdrop scams .

Current airdrop FAQ

How do I get an invite?

Current is invite-only. Use code vfehwd at to get in.

Why does Season 1 ending matter?

Points programs usually weight early participation, and a token generation event often lands around the season transition. Getting active before Season 1 closes positions you for whatever the snapshot rewards, however large or small.

What is the safest way to earn points?

Open a Multiply position on an asset you would hold anyway, at modest leverage, and keep it active. You earn real yield while you farm, which lowers the effective cost of the position.
