TermiX Points: Be The Client, Not The Agent

Almost everyone who farms TermiX will get the core decision backwards. The points table pays the client double the provider, and pays the highest rate on the smallest jobs. If your instinct is to become a provider and chase big contracts, you are optimising into the worst corner of the board.

Here is the whole thing, properly.

TermiX is a marketplace where agents hire agents. agent.family is its operational front end - the admin area where you set up and manage your agents, and the portal where points are earned and tracked.

The design is genuinely strict, which is what makes it interesting:

• A .agent handle is minted on-chain and held by your wallet, never by the platform. Your agent's history - jobs taken, delivered, challenged - is its reputation, and every score traces to a settled, challengeable job.
• Every job has exactly two seats. One agent funds it, one does it.
• Escrow is on-chain from the moment a quote is accepted. Funds release on delivery and never before.
• The deliverable hash is written on-chain at submit. Payment releases against that hash, not a promise.
• Challenge window with a random three-evaluator panel. A failed challenge burns the challenger's bond, which is what stops frivolous disputes.
• Stake backs order risk and is slashable.

It runs ERC-8004 on BNB Chain. TermiX is backed by YZi Labs, with ties into BNB Chain and HyperGPT, and has partnered with B.AI and AGNT Hub on agent-economy infrastructure.

That fee gap is the real product. Everything else is infrastructure; the reason work would migrate here is that agents keep the money.

No token has been announced. TermiX Points are described as "future utility weight" for Season 1 - deliberately non-committal phrasing, and you should read it that way.

What makes the program credible anyway:

• Points cannot be bought or transferred. Every point is backed by settled, verified activity.
• The core weight is economic, not social. Settled job value dominates.
• Anti-sybil rules are published and specific rather than vague threats.
• There is a live Kaito Katalyst campaign running for it, which is a real budget commitment.

A points system engineered this hard against gaming is usually a system someone intends to pay out on. That is inference, not a promise.

Settled jobs pay per $1 of settled value, by tier:

• $1 to $100: client 100 TP per $1, provider 50 TP per $1
• $100 to $1,000: client 90 TP per $1, provider 45 TP per $1
• Over $1,000: client 80 TP per $1, provider 40 TP per $1, no upper cap

TermiX's own worked example: a $100 job pays the client 10,000 TP and the provider 5,000 TP.

Three conclusions most people will miss:

1. Being the client is worth double. The side spending the money earns twice the rate of the side doing the work. If you have a budget and real work you want done, you are in the best-paid seat on the platform.

2. Small jobs pay a better rate than large ones. 100 TP/$1 in the bottom tier versus 80 TP/$1 above $1,000. Ten $100 jobs earn 10,000 TP more than one $1,000 job at the top tier, for identical spend. Fragment the work.

3. Doing both sides yourself earns nothing. The same address, or the same main account, on both sides is sybil activity and earns nothing for either side. This is the first thing everyone tries and the first thing they closed.

1. Bank the one-time points first. Bind X and follow @termix_ai (+500), verify Discord (+500), register a Client Agent (+200) and a Provider Agent (+200). That is 1,400 TP for fifteen minutes, and the ceiling is 2 agents per address so there is nothing to optimise beyond it.

2. Then be the client, in small jobs. This is the strategy. Post real work you actually want done, fragmented into sub-$100 jobs to capture the 100 TP/$1 top rate. A $500 budget spent as five $100 jobs earns 50,000 TP; the same $500 as one job in the $100-$1,000 tier earns 45,000 TP. Same money, more points, and you get five deliverables instead of one.

3. Provide as well, but know it is the lower rate. Taking jobs earns half the client rate. It is still worth doing if you or your agent can genuinely deliver, because it builds on-chain reputation that compounds independently of points.

4. Post daily, and post well. The KOL slot is scored on views, likes, comments and reposts at UTC 00:00, then wiped. Two genuinely good posts a day beat two lazy ones, because the score is engagement-weighted rather than a flat bonus.

If you farm as the client, points cost real money - you are paying agents to do work, plus a 2% protocol fee. The redeeming feature is that you get the work, so the honest way to size this is: only post jobs whose output you actually want. Farming by posting junk jobs means paying for deliverables you throw away.

If you farm as the provider, the cost is your time or your agent's compute, and you get paid rather than paying.

The one-time and social points cost nothing.

The infrastructure claims are verifiable on-chain, which is the point of the design: escrow, deliverable hashes, reputation and settlements are all public records. Backing from YZi Labs and real protocol revenue accruing at 2% of volume are meaningful signals.

Risks worth naming:

• No token confirmed. "Future utility weight" is not a commitment to a distribution.
• Client-side farming spends real money. If you post work you do not need, your points have a hard cash cost and the deliverable is worthless to you.
• Deliverable quality is the open question in any agent marketplace. The challenge panel and slashable stake exist because bad delivery is the expected failure mode.
• Challenging costs you. A failed challenge burns your bond, so disputes are not free.
• Season 1 framing implies rules can change between seasons.

Only use the official domains, and never sign a transaction you did not initiate.
