What is Axis Robotics?

Axis Robotics is a distributed data engine for Physical AI: you teleoperate a simulated robot arm in your browser, and every session becomes training data for real robots. The simulator is MuJoCo compiled to WebAssembly, so it runs locally with no GPU, downloads or hardware.

Each session produces a trajectory: a timestamped recording of joint states, object poses and your control actions. Axis cleans it (static-frame removal, smoothing, upsampling to 20Hz) and replays it in an IsaacSim backend that expands one demonstration into thousands of photorealistic samples for Vision-Language-Action models. Every accepted trajectory gets a Data ID recorded on Base, with a TXID in your profile.

It is backed by a $12M seed led by Hack VC, with Nomad Capital, Pi Network Ventures and 10K Ventures. In September 2026 the team said it had passed 5 million trajectories and 200,000 contributors since launching on Base in March.

Yes, in the tokenomics: Axis Robotics has allocated 10% of AXIS to contributor rewards, with 4% reserved for a pre-TGE Season 1 contributor airdrop. Here is what the official docs say:

• Total supply: 1,000,000,000 AXIS, fixed. 16.5% circulating at TGE.
• Contributor Rewards (10%): Season 1 (pre-TGE, simulation) 40M AXIS (4%), unlocking 50% at TGE, 25% at three months and 25% at six months. Season 2 (post-TGE, "sim-to-real") 60M AXIS (6%), terms published when it opens.
• Other buckets: Ecosystem 51.08%, Core Team 15.2%, Private A 9.8%, Private B 6.67%, Liquidity 6%, Sonar sale 1%, Kaito Reward Pool 0.25%.
• How points fit: Axis Points "may be one input" for eligibility and allocation, and only verified, accepted contributions qualify. There is no fixed points-to-AXIS rate.

What is not confirmed: the TGE date, a snapshot date, and your share. Treat any "AXIS claim" page that is not on an official Axis domain as a scam.

What happened with the AXIS token sale?

The AXIS community sale has closed: it took commitments from September 21 to 28, 2026, at $0.10 per AXIS ($100M FDV ), paid in USDC on Base, $100 to $100,000 per verified buyer, with KYC through Sonar. US persons and 26 other jurisdictions were excluded. Sale tokens unlock 10% at TGE, then a 6-month cliff and 6 months of linear vesting. The sale does not change the airdrop: contributor rewards are a separate 10% bucket.
