Solana Frontier Traders: $1M+ Season 1 for perp traders on Phoenix and Solflare
As of October 27, 2026, Frontier Traders Season 1 is live. Frontier is the Solana Foundation's rewards, VIP-rebate and competition program for on-chain traders, and Season 1 pays "$1M+ in prizes" in a USD stablecoin on Solana. Its terms say the campaign runs September 22, 2026, 12:00 UTC to November 11, 2026, 12:00 UTC, ending in a Grand Final in London on November 14 (the season page shows "Sept 21 - Nov 7" and the homepage lists November 15, so check the site for the final dates). Only perp volume on Phoenix and Solflare counts, measured from the moment you register. There is no Frontier token or points system: this is a cash program, not an airdrop. What it is: launched by the Solana Foundation on June 17, 2026 and "powered by Torque", Frontier gives volume-based VIP rebates across 16 founding venues (Jupiter, Phoenix, Raydium, Orca, Meteora, Phantom, Ondo, xStocks, OKX DEX and more) and runs short trading campaigns on top. Membership is open to all.
Why hunters are watching
- Real money, paid in stablecoins. Season 1 has a $250,000 Grand Prize (or a Porsche 911 GT3 RS), season and weekly leaderboards , and volume crates.
- Crates reward ordinary traders. Each crate can be opened once per season: Starter at $10K of volume (up to $250), Silver at $50K (up to $500), Gold at $250K (up to $2,000), up to Diamond at $50M (up to $25,000). The join page offers a first crate worth up to $100 after $5K of volume.
- A live Phoenix campaign: Equities Earnings Blitz II pays $25,000 on equity perps (HOOD, GOOGL, MSFT, AMZN, COIN, INTC, MSTR, SNDK, LLY), ends November 2, 2026, 12:00 PM EST, with claims November 16 to December 16.
The mechanics that matter
- Eligible volume: perpetual futures on Phoenix and Solflare only. Spot does not count.
- Leaderboards: Season PnL and Season Volume pay the top 50 from $50K each; Weekly PnL and Weekly Volume pay the top 10 from $10K each.
- Rules: 18+, one account per person, KYC may be required, and some jurisdictions (including Hong Kong) cannot claim.
